Euro Tour: Avignon - Monaco - La Spezia

June 1st
We didn't end up having all that much time in Avignon, because early this morning we were on the bus to Monaco. Wow, Monaco is something special. As a mega rich micro country it is a famous little collection of buildings. It's famous for the fancy cars, Formula 1 track, casino and setting. We didn't see the casino, but we did see everything else. We drove in on the track (since the main road and the track are one and the same), got out and rain right into Bugattis and Bentleys. First we saw the entrance to the castle or some government building and witnessed the changing of the guards. A big group of us checked out the coastal view off the edge, but I went off on my own to see more of the city. I ran into Crash, Johnny, and Lucas and decided to join them for a while. We followed the misleading pathways around the city and down to sea-level before meeting Celeste, Cleo and Fabi. I joined those three and hit the coast. There was a small piece of beach that happened to be right next to our buses, so we took that over. They all went swimming, but I didn't have my suit so I chilled up on the rocks, listened to music and took in the day. More and more people collected before we had to go back to the buses, and around 3 we loaded back up, drove 15 minutes back into France then stopped again a a perfumery. We got a tour through the factory and store then had an hour to look at another little castle sitting up on top of the hill near by. We conquered that, then grabbed a water and watched some French coastal life.
