June 8th
All of the non-Vorarlberg kids left this morning. It was an emotional moment. They are 95 of my closest friends, and we'll never be all together in the same circumstances again. A little part of me died today haha. I'm going to miss these people. The thing about coming home is that you're leaving 4 behind. I've got my 3 host families and my exchange student family. Now wherever I am, someone is missing. It's a bit rough, but has enriched my life and opened my eyes. I want to thank all of the exchange students for making my year truly exceptional.
